Direction earns speed.
Faster execution compounds a clear decision. It also magnifies confusion. We clarify the outcome, constraints, and tradeoffs before building.
Brad Costanzo // Founder Of Accelerated Intelligence
I am Brad Costanzo. I am an entrepreneur, strategist, and AI consultant who helps smart people find the decision, opportunity, or hidden constraint that changes everything connected to it.
About Brad // Primary File
I have spent decades building companies, shaping offers, advising founders, and helping teams turn complicated situations into clear decisions.
I built and sold an online publishing company and a software company. I have served as a fractional CMO for seven- and eight-figure brands, created products, led workshops, spoken on stages, and worked inside the decisions that determine whether an idea gains momentum or quietly disappears.
My work sits where AI, marketing, business strategy, psychology, and creative problem-solving meet. I am at my best with people who already have something valuable in motion and want a thinking partner who can see the situation from a different angle.
For decades, I have worked with entrepreneurs and executives on marketing, offers, products, positioning, business models, and growth.
The assignment usually started with one problem. The useful work began when we discovered the problem underneath it.
A sales problem turned out to be a lead-quality problem. A productivity problem came from decision drag. A marketing problem traced back to an offer nobody could explain clearly. A promising idea stayed stuck because the owner was too close to see the first move.
Business owners began collecting tools, prompts, agents, and automations faster than they were gaining clarity. They could see more possibilities than they could responsibly pursue.
Accelerated Intelligence grew from that gap: a company focused on the decisions behind the technology, starting with a better view of the situation.
Definition // The Name
Machines bring speed, range, memory, and pattern recognition. People bring context, taste, responsibility, and the ability to choose what matters.
The strongest work comes from combining both deliberately. That combination can help a founder think through a difficult decision, help a team recover hours of repeated effort, or bring an idea to life before momentum disappears.
Accelerated Intelligence is the result: stronger human judgment multiplied by machine capability and applied to something worth doing.
Working Principles // How We Decide
Tools change quickly. These principles keep the work connected to real decisions and the people responsible for them.
Faster execution compounds a clear decision. It also magnifies confusion. We clarify the outcome, constraints, and tradeoffs before building.
Every business contains a small number of decisions, constraints, and underused assets that influence everything around them. We look for the one where focused effort creates disproportionate movement.
The best AI systems begin with real expertise, proven ideas, customer knowledge, useful data, and a point of view worth preserving. AI gives those assets more range.
A good solution should improve the people using it. We build workflows and systems people can understand, operate, and continue improving.
Founder // Brad Costanzo
The industries changed. The tools changed several times. The work has followed the same thread the whole way.
Strategy, positioning, offers, product creation, and the psychology behind why people act.
An online publishing company and a software company, built from the inside rather than observed from the sidelines.
Experience as a fractional CMO, consultant, facilitator, and thinking partner across multiple industries.
Workshops, executive guidance, custom strategy, implementation, and practical systems people can continue using.
Field Notes // Too Close To See
I listen for the assumption everyone else has accepted. I connect ideas from marketing, technology, psychology, and business strategy until the point of movement becomes visible.
The result could be a decision, a new offer, a working prototype, an AI workflow, or a different way of seeing the business.
The constraint: an offer that has lost its edge.
The constraint: a process nobody has clearly defined.
The constraint: no shared standard for deciding when and how to use it.
Make the decision that turns the next several decisions into easier ones.
Personal File // Outside The Office
I live in San Diego with my wife. Most of my best thinking happens during morning walks, live conversations, and the moment when a complicated problem finally becomes simple enough to explain.
I have always been drawn to ideas, invention, psychology, technology, marketing, and the strange ways people make decisions. Accelerated Intelligence gives those interests a place to meet.
The work also serves a larger goal. Technology should create more room for people to think, create, contribute, and live well.
