Team Enablement // Brad Costanzo

Workshops that run on your real work.

Live rooms, in person or virtual. Some are built for one company and its workflows. Some are open enrollment, free or paid, for anyone serious about the work. Either way: no demo accounts, no sample data, your business on the table.

Two Ways In

Bring me to your team, or grab a seat at the next open room.

Same standard either way: live work on real businesses, built so people leave with something running.

01 // For Your Company

Custom workshops, built from your workflows.

Designed for one team at a time. I interview your key people first, then build the session around the decisions, bottlenecks, and opportunities already inside the business. Leadership in the room, every seat building.

02 // Open Enrollment

Public workshops, announced to the list first.

Through the year I host live open workshops on the topics above. Some free, some paid, all working sessions rather than webinars. Seats are limited and the list hears first.

Get On The List

The Work Itself

What happens in the room.

Before anyone walks in, I have already interviewed your key people and picked the two or three workflows where AI moves a real number. The agenda is built from your business, so we skip the throat-clearing.

01

Ground truth

A short, honest read on what these tools actually do well right now, what they do badly, and where people get burned. Thirty minutes, no hype.

02

Live builds

We take your real workflows, one at a time, and build the AI-assisted version together. Everyone works. Proposals, research briefs, reporting, client comms, whatever your diagnostic surfaced.

03

Judgment reps

The part most training skips. Your team learns how to evaluate output, when to trust it, when to throw it out, and how to think about which problems are worth automating at all.

04

The owner's list

We close by assigning every system we built to a named person, with a date, and a simple way to measure whether it stuck.

People leave with things running, on their accounts, in their tools.

What Changes

Outcomes you can point to.

We set the baseline before the workshop so the after has something honest to compare against.

01

The target: two to five working AI systems built during the session, owned by your people.

02

Each attendee leaves with at least one workflow ready to test the following week.

03

A shared vocabulary, so "use AI more" stops being the whole strategy.

04

A ranked list of the next opportunities inside your business, with effort and payoff estimates.

05

Measured time back per role, compared against the baseline we set before the workshop.

Short FAQ

The questions that come up first.

If yours is not here, the diagnostic call is the place to ask it.

Do you customize this for our industry?

The whole session is your business. There is no stock deck to customize.

What skill level does the team need?

None. The spread in every room runs from daily users to people who have never opened a chat window. Live builds on real work close that gap fast.

Which tools do you teach?

The ones that fit your stack and your security constraints. I have no vendor relationships and no referral deals, so the recommendations are clean.

What is the difference between custom and public workshops?

Custom workshops are private, built for one company from its own workflows. Public workshops are open enrollment on a single topic, some free, some paid. The list hears about both first.

What does it cost?

Three things set the price: the format, the team size, and how much pre-work the workflow audit needs. The diagnostic call is where we figure that out, and it costs nothing.

Next Step

Bring the real work. We will handle it from there.

Tell me about your team and I will design the room around it. Or get on the list and grab a seat at the next open workshop.
